My Opinion About...

Back with me, your admin, Likoglo. OK, this episode on "My Opinion About..." is about friendship.

Ok, lets begin. Menurut gue, friendship itu sangat dibutuhkan bagi manusia, selain manusia itu makhluk individu, kita jug makhluk sosial. Kita tak bisa hidup tanpa orang lain. Menurut gue, teman itu sangat dibutuhkan. Teman bukan hanya dibutuhkan saat kita sedih atau ada masalah, tapi teman kita butuhkan kapan pun dan mereka juga membutuhkan kita kapanpun. Senang-duka bersama, menang-kalah bersama, dll. Mencari teman yang sejati itu susah, sangat susah malah. Tapi mencari teman yang fake itu gampang. Jadi kalo lo punya teman yang baik banget sama lo, belom tentu dia minatnya baik, bisa jadi itu hanya sebuahh kepalsuan belaka.

Karena teman sejati itu susah dicari, jangan sekali-sekali mengecewakan mereka, melepas mereka, atau yang lebih parah membuang mereka. Tapi lo harus peduli sama mereka, anggap mereka keluarga inti lo seperti saat sudah berkeluarga. Gue yakin, nggak ada orang yang mau kehilangan sahabat mereka. Jadi, jaga baik-baik tali persahabatan lo dengan teman lo.

In Memoriam of Jamey Rodemeyer :'(

Jamie Rodemeyer. Sejak ia mengaku pada teman-temannya bahwa dia itu gay, dia mulai di-bully sama teman-temannya. Mulai dari perkataan jahat, tatapan sinis, ngomongin dia di belakang dan hal buruk lainnya yang bisa dilakukan para bullies dia rasakan. Bullying yang dia terimaka tidak berhenti saat di luar sekolah.

Di rumah, saat dia log in ke suatu sosial media, cyber bullying kembali menghantui Jamey. Bahkan kata-kata yang digunakan lebih jahat dan kejam.

Lewat akun youtube-nya, jamey menceritakan tentang apa yang dia lalui. Jamey juga sering menyebut Lagy Gaga. Bagi Jamey, mother monster telah memberinya semangat untuk mencintai dirinya apa adanya, bukan ada apanya. Sayang Jamey tidak tahan lagi dengan bullying yang diterimanya.

Sebelum bunuh diri, Jamey sempat mengirimkan pesan terakhirnya untuk Gaga;

          "Bye mother monster, thank you for all you have done, paws up forever," tulisnya lewat akun tiwtternya.

Setelah membaca cerita di atas, hati gue terasa ngilu, sakit, sedih, kasian, dll. Dan gue juga marah, karena bullying, Jamey sampai bunuh diri! Kenapa sih mereka nggak bisa menerima Jamey apa adanya? Poor him. But, it's too late.

Untuk kita, para pelajar, jangan pernah melakukan kegiatan bullying seumur hidup lo! Karena dengan lo melakukan semua itu, lo akan membuat orang yang lo bully punya tekanan batin! Bisa stress malah lama-lama. Dan yang lebih parahnya, kalo dia udah nggak kuat, dia akan bunuh diri.

Jadi gue nasihatin lo-lo pada untuk jangan pernah mem-bully orang! Karena mem-bully dapat menghilangkan nyawa manusi.

A Story About Daddy's Day

Her hair was up in a ponytail, her favorite dress tied with a bow.
Today was Daddy's Day at school and she couldn't wait to go.
But her mommy tried to tell her, that she probably should stay home.
Why the kids might not understand, if she went to school alone.
But she was not afraid; she knew just what to say. what to tell her classmates f why he wasn't there today.
But still her mother worried, for her to face this day alone. and that was why once again, she tried to keep her daughter home.
But the little girl went to school, eager to tell them all.
About a dad she never sees, a dad who never calls.
There were daddies along the wall in back, for everyone to meet, children squirming impatiently, anxious in their seats.
One by one the teacher called, each student from the class.
To introduce their daddy, as seconds slowly passed.
At last the teacher called her name, every child turned to stare.
Each of them was searching, for a man who wasn't there.
"Where's her daddy at?" she heard a boy call out.
"She probably doesn't have one" another student dared to shout.
And from somewhere near the back, she heard a daddy say,
"Looks like another deadbeat dad, too busy to waste his day."
The words did not offened her, as she smiled up at her mom.
And looked back at her teacher, who told her to go on.
And with hands behind her back, slowly she began to speak.
And out from the mouth of a child, came words incredibly unique.
"My daddy couldn't be here, because he lives so far away. But I know he wishes he could be, since this is such a special day. And though you cannot meet him, I wanted you to know.

All about my daddy, and how much he loves me so.
He loved to tell me stories, he taught me to ride my bike.

He surprised me with pink roses, and taught me to fly a kite.
We used to share fudge sundaes, and ice cream in a cone.
And though you cannot see him, I'm not standing here alone.
Cause my daddy's always with me even though we are apart.
I know because he told me, he'll forever be in my heart."
With that, her little hand reached up, and lay across her chest.
Feeling her own heartbeat, beneath her favorite dress.
And from somewhere in the crowd of dads, her mother stood in tears.
Proudly watching her daughter, who was wise beyond her years.
For she stood up for the love of a man not in her life.
Doing what was best for her, doing what was right.
And when she dropped her hand back down, staring straight into the crowd.
She finished with a voice so soft, but its message clear and loud.
"I love my daddy very much, he's my shining star. And if he could he'd be here, but heaven's just too far. You see he was a fireman and died just this past year. When airplanes hit the towers and taught Americans to fear. But sometimes when I close my eyes, It's like he never went away."
And then she closes her eyes, and saw him there that day.
And to her mother's amazement, she witnessed with surprise.
A room full of daddies and children, all starting to close their eyes.
Who knows what they say before them, who knows what they felt inside.
Perhaps for merely a second, they saw him at her side.
"I know you're with me Daddy."
To the silence she called out.
And what happened next made believers, of those once filled with doubt.
Not one in that room could explain it, for each of their eyes had been closed.
But there on the desk beside her, was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose.
And a child was blessed, if only for a moment, by the love of her shining bright star.
And given the gift of believing,
That heaven is never too far

Congratulation goes to me....!!

Yeay! Your admin won a speech contest! And now I'm going to the province level!

Ahhhh... I can't believe and... Well I get a little frustrated.

Why?

Because the contest is in this weekend and I have no prepare anything.

At the day, I have to write a speech within 1 hour with a topic that I dunno what it is. (Because it's a secret, only the judges and the committees know -_-")

Arghhh... I'm scared if I can't make it!

At home, I need for about 3 hours to make a speech, and 1 hour to remember it.

And now, I only given 1 hour to make and remember it?!!?? Gimme a break!

But, it's so close to the national level!

I can't lose! I have to show everybody that I'm good at something!

Please, wish me luck!

I really need this opportunity!

Kata-kata

Kita yang menentukan takdir kita. Jadi buatlah takdir itu sebagus mungkin. Jangan sia-siakan apa yang udah lo punya, sebab kalo hilang gue yakin lo bakal susah ngedapetinnya lagi. 

Ini bukan bicara soal cinta doang, tapi ini bicara tentang apa aja. Ini bisa cerita tentang pertemanan, kisah hidup lo, atau apapun yang sedang lo rasain sekarang.

Hidup itu hanya sementara. Jadi gunakan sebaik-baiknya.

Hidup lo, jangan lo bikin segini-gini doang. Jang stuck di situ-situ doang.

Bangun, mandi, makan, berangkat kerja/ sekolah, di sekolah, pulang istirahat, makan, tidur.

Buat jalan hidup lo nggak monoton. Monoton itu membosankan. Jadi jangan sampe lo bosen akan hidup lo sendiri.

Hidup singkat, bukan berarti lo harus ngelakuin semua-muanya dengan buru-buru.

Ada saat dimana kita harus jadi cepat, ada saat dimana kita harus santai, dan ada saat dimana kita pelan-pelan.

Buat semua yang udah berlalu jadi cerminan hidup lo yang sekarang dan yang akan datang.

Jangan anggep diri lo bukan apa-apa.

Anggap diri lo itu apa-apa.

Karena tanpa lo, mereka yang kenal lo nggak akan ketemu orang seperti lo.

Jangan pernah nganggep diri lo nggak berarti,

Karena sebenernya lo itu memiliki arti.

Entah itu arti baik, atau bukan.

Tapi gue yakin, lo mau memiliki arti yang baik.

Hidup tanpa masalah itu nothing!

Jadi jangan mengeluh saat lo dapet masalah.

Anggep masalah lo itu sebuah anugerah. Karena gue yakin, setelah masalah itu selesai lo bakal mendapat sesuatu yang positif, entah itu materi atau bukan.

Jangan anggep masalah itu sesuatu yang sial! Karena jika lo menganggep demikian, masalah lo akan jadi sesuatu yang menyialkan lo.
